Carriers
If you are a carrier and want to work with UTB Logistics, you must meet certain basic requirements that guarantee the quality and safety of our services. The main ones are:
- Active and current MC Number (Motor Carrier Number)
- Cargo and liability insurance certificate (with minimum required coverages)
- Updated W-9 (in the U.S.)
- Signed Carrier Agreement
- Compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations
- Verifiable experience in transportation (FTL, LTL, or drayage)
Additionally, we value:
- Track record of compliance and punctuality
- Equipment in good condition and properly registered
- Availability for communication and follow-up.

At UTB Logistics, we offer flexible and competitive payment terms for our carriers, with options to suit their cash flow needs:
- Net 30: Standard payment within 30 calendar days after receipt of complete and correct documents.
- QuickPay: Expedited payment (within 48 hours), available with a small agreed-upon discount.
- Comchek: Fast payment option via Comchek for specific cases, especially for urgent deliveries or immediate needs, exclusively for carriers with a good track record with UTB Logistics.

To ensure a smooth and fast payment process with UTB Logistics, we recommend following these key steps:
- Complete the ACH form: Make sure you complete the ACH form correctly to receive bank transfer payments securely and on time.
- Notify the assigned agent of the payment type: When picking up the shipment, inform the UTB Logistics agent if you require Net 30, QuickPay, or Comcheck, so the process can be managed according to your needs.
Submit all required documentation: Once the upload is complete, you must submit the following documents to the assigned agent and accounting team specified in the Rate Confirmation (RC):
- Invoice
- Rate Confirmation (RC)
- Proof of Delivery (POD)
Meeting these requirements ensures a smooth payment process and avoids unnecessary delays.
